- Step 1: Start by seasoning the beef steak generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Step 2: In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. The aroma will be heavenly!
- Step 3: Add the beef steak to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until your desired doneness is reached.
- Step 4: In the last minute of cooking, add the minced garlic and the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet. Baste the steak with the garlic butter for that extra flavor.
- Step 5: While the steak is cooking, bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the mixed vegetables and steam them for about 5-7 minutes.
- Step 6: Drizzle the steamed vegetables with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 7: Once the steak is done, slice it against the grain and serve it on a plate alongside the colorful steamed vegetables.
- Step 8: Finish with a sprinkle of chopped parsley for a beautiful presentation.
