- Step 1: Start by cooking the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Once done, drain it and set it aside.
- Step 2: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until it’s fragrant, about a minute.
- Step 3: Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 4: Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it melts and the sauce is smooth.
- Step 5: Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss gently to coat in the creamy sauce.
- Step 6: Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave, adding a splash of cream or water to loosen the sauce if needed.
