  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream the star of the sauce
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese for extra creaminess

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Step 2: Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Step 3: Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer, stirring frequently.
  4. Step 4: Gradually add the Parmesan, mozzarella, blue cheese, and ricotta, stirring until fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Step 5: Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Notes

Leftover sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For a lighter version, substitute half of the heavy cream with milk.
