  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp grated orange zest
  • 1/8 tsp kosher salt

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Ensure butter is properly softened to room temperature. This is key for even blending.
  2. Step 2: In a bowl, combine the softened butter, finely chopped dried cranberries, honey, grated orange zest, and kosher salt.
  3. Step 3: Blend the ingredients using a hand mixer on low speed (then increase slightly) or a sturdy spatula/wooden spoon until everything is well combined and the cranberries and zest are evenly distributed throughout the butter. Avoid over-mixing.
