Ingredients
  

For the Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
For the Creamy Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the White Chocolate Coating

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter until crumbs are moistened. Press firmly and evenly into the bottom of an 8x8 inch pan.
  2. Make the Creamy Filling: In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until silky smooth.
  3. Combine and Spread: Gently fold melted white chocolate chips into the cream cheese mixture until just combined. Spoon evenly over the crust and smooth the top.
  4. Chill to Perfection: Cover the pan and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until firm. Cut into 16 bars.

Notes

These bars can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or frozen for up to 2 months. For clean cuts, use a sharp knife and wipe it clean between slices.
