- Step 3: Pour in the vegetable broth and stir in the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili paste if you’re using it. Bring this delicious mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Step 4: Add the mixed vegetables to your skillet and cook for about 3-5 minutes until they are tender yet still vibrant.
- Step 5: Toss in the cooked ramen noodles, mixing everything together so the noodles are well coated with that rich sauce and veggies.
- Step 6: Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Enjoy!
