  • 8 oz Brie cheese softened
  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and halved

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and lightly brush them with olive oil. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  3. Step 3: In a bowl, whip the softened Brie until smooth and creamy.
  4. Step 4: In another bowl, toss the strawberries with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes until they are soft and caramelized.
  5. Step 5: In a small bowl, mix hot honey with chopped basil.
  6. Step 6: To assemble, spread a generous amount of whipped Brie on each crostini, top with roasted strawberries, and drizzle with the hot honey basil mixture. Serve immediately and enjoy every bite!

Notes

Store any unassembled crostini in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reassemble and enjoy the next day for the best taste and texture. Do not store assembled crostini for long, as the bread will become soggy.
