Ingredients
  

For the Filling
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 pieces green onions finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
For the Cups
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • cooking spray or oil
  • sweet chili sauce

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, softened cream cheese, finely chopped green onions, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix until well combined.
  3. Step 3: Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.
  4. Step 4: Place a wonton wrapper in each muffin cup, pressing it down gently to form a cup shape.
  5. Step 5: Spoon the shrimp mixture evenly into each wonton cup.
  6. Step 6: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the wonton wrappers are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Step 7: Let the cups cool for a few minutes before serving with sweet chili sauce on the side.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven for a few minutes to regain crispiness.
