- Step 1: Preheat the oil in a deep fryer or a large skillet over medium heat.
- Step 2: In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Step 3: Thread a shrimp onto a skewer, followed by a small amount of shredded cheese. Repeat until the skewer is filled.
- Step 4: Dip each skewer into the beaten eggs until fully coated.
- Step 5: Roll the egg-coated skewer in the breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.
- Step 6: Carefully place the skewers in the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Step 7: Remove the skewers from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
