- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: In a shallow dish, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Step 3: In another shallow dish, place the flour. In a third dish, beat the eggs until well combined.
- Step 4: Dredge each shrimp in the flour, dip into the beaten eggs, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Step 5: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the shrimp in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Step 6: Transfer the cooked shrimp to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes.
- Step 7: Remove from the oven, sprinkle with minced garlic and chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes to regain crispiness.
