- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) if you prefer baking the shrimp.
- Step 2: In a shallow bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Step 3: In another bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Place all-purpose flour in a third bowl.
- Step 4: Dredge each shrimp in flour, dip in the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Step 5: If frying: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry shrimp until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Step 6: If baking: Arrange shrimp on a baking sheet, spray lightly with cooking oil, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Step 7: Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
These shrimp are best enjoyed fresh, but if you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
