- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Trust me, this is the perfect temperature for crisping up those wings!
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if you're feeling adventurous). Toss everything together until the wings are evenly coated.
- Step 3: Place a wire rack on a baking sheet. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack.
- Step 4: Drizzle the vegetable oil over the wings.
- Step 5: Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Step 6: Once they're done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
- Step 7: Serve with your choice of dipping sauce and enjoy!
Notes
Leftover wings can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until crispy again.
