Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to about 1/2 inch thickness.
  3. Step 3: Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Step 4: Layer a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast.
  5. Step 5: Roll each chicken breast tightly and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  6. Step 6: Set up a breading station: Place the flour in one bowl, the beaten eggs in another, and the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  7. Step 7: Dredge each chicken roll in flour, dip in the beaten eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
