- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine all the dry rub ingredients: paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and thyme. Mix them well until they are evenly blended.
- Step 3: Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Toss the wings in olive oil, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Step 4: Sprinkle the dry rub mixture over the wings and toss until they are well coated.
- Step 5: Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Step 6: Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Step 7: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

These wings are best enjoyed fresh, but if you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
