- Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, ranch dressing, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Step 2: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a generous portion of the chicken mixture in the center of the tortilla.
- Step 3: Top the chicken mixture with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
- Step 4: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling.
- Step 5: Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Step 6: Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
If you have any leftovers, wrap them tightly in plastic wrap or store them in an airtight container. They will last in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
