  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye) cut into strips
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp olive oil A little oil to help with cooking and flavor.
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream This is what makes the sauce rich and creamy!
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley

Equipment

  • Large Skillet
  • Large Pot

Method

  1. Step 1: Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Step 2: In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak strips and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Step 3: In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Step 4: Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from the skillet and set aside with the steak.
  5. Step 5: Lower the heat and pour the heavy cream into the skillet. Bring to a simmer, then stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Step 6: Add the cooked pasta, steak, and shrimp to the skillet, tossing to combine and coat evenly in the sauce.
  7. Step 7: Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When reheating, add a splash of cream or broth to bring back that creamy texture!
