- Step 1: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Step 2: Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let them cool slightly.
- Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the diced red bell pepper, diced celery, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Step 4: Chop the cooked shrimp into bite-sized pieces and fold them into the mixture.
- Step 5: Slice the rolls open gently without cutting all the way through. Fill each roll with the creamy shrimp mixture.
- Step 6: Garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy!
