Method
- Step 1: Start by cooking the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Step 2: In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the ribeye steak with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.
- Step 3: In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Step 4: Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Step 5: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and pour in the heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Step 6: Add the cooked pasta, shrimp, and sliced ribeye to the skillet. Toss to combine, ensuring everything is coated in the creamy sauce.
- Step 7: Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley for a beautiful finish.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave, adding a splash of cream or water to loosen the sauce if needed.
