Method
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Step 3: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and garlic, cooking until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
- Step 4: Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Step 5: In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of the shrimp Alfredo mixture on the bottom. Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Step 6: Add half of the remaining shrimp Alfredo mixture over the noodles, followed by a layer of mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers, ending with a final layer of noodles topped with the remaining sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Step 7: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Step 8: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley. Serve warm and enjoy every bite!
