For the Creamy Lobster Stuffed Shells
  • 12 large pasta shells perfect for holding all that creamy goodness
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese adds that creamy texture
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese for that gooey topping
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese brings in the flavor
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream makes everything rich and decadent
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice brightens up the flavors
For seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup marinara sauce the perfect finishing touch

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This is where the magic happens!
  2. Step 2: Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and set aside. You want them just right for stuffing!
  3. Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Step 4: Stuff each pasta shell with that delicious lobster mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
  5. Step 5: Pour marinara sauce evenly over the stuffed shells.
  6. Step 6: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Step 7: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Step 8: Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Step 9: Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy the ooey-gooey goodness!

Notes

These delicious stuffed shells can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. If you want to keep them longer, you can freeze them before baking.
