- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This is where the magic happens!
- Step 2: Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and set aside. You want them just right for stuffing!
- Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Step 4: Stuff each pasta shell with that delicious lobster mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Step 5: Pour marinara sauce evenly over the stuffed shells.
- Step 6: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Step 7: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Step 8: Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Step 9: Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy the ooey-gooey goodness!
Notes
