- Step 1: In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, celery, and carrot. Sauté until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Step 2: Stir in the flour and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Step 3: Gradually add the seafood stock while stirring. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Step 4: Add the chopped lobster meat, shrimp, crab meat, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through.
- Step 5: Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Heat gently without boiling for about 5 minutes.
- Step 6: Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley for a beautiful finish.
