- Step 1: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until it becomes fragrant.
- Step 2: Add the shrimp to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if you're using them.

- Step 4: Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce has a creamy consistency.
- Step 5: Finally, add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, which should take about 2-3 minutes.
- Step 6: Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley for a fresh finish.
Notes
If you happen to have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently on the stove over low heat, adding a splash of cream if needed to loosen the sauce.
