- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
- Step 3: Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the creamy mixture.
- Step 4: Transfer the shrimp mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Step 5: Arrange the lemon slices on top of the shrimp mixture.
- Step 6: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
- Step 7: Once out of the oven, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a lighter option, you can substitute half-and-half for the heavy cream. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
