  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup lobster meat cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Step 3: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Step 4: Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add the chopped lobster meat and half of the Parmesan cheese, mixing well.
  5. Step 5: Season with red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Combine the cooked spaghetti with the lobster sauce.
  6. Step 6: Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Step 7: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

If you have leftovers, let the dish cool completely before transferring it to an airtight container. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
