- Step 1: Toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning in a bowl until evenly coated.
- Step 2: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- Step 3: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Step 4: Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Step 5: Gradually add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 6: Cook the ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and add to the skillet with the sauce.
- Step 7: Gently toss the ravioli in the sauce, then add the cooked shrimp. Stir to combine and heat through.
- Step 8: Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley for a fresh finish.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove, adding a splash of chicken broth or cream to loosen the sauce if it thickens.
