- Step 1: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

- Step 3: Add the shrimp to the skillet, followed by the Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the shrimp turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Step 4: Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Step 5: Add the cherry tomatoes and spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts and the tomatoes soften, about 3-4 minutes.
- Step 6: Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Step 7: Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
