Method
- Step 1: Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
- Step 2: Season the chicken breasts generously with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Step 3: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and slice into strips.
- Step 4: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Step 5: Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Reduce the heat to low and gradually stir in the mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses until melted and smooth.
- Step 6: Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the cheese sauce, stirring to combine and heat through.
- Step 7: Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley for a touch of brightness.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, simply warm it on the stove over low heat, adding a little milk or cream to restore the creamy texture if needed.
