- Step 1: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken sausage links and cook until browned and heated through with a crispy edge.
- Step 2: Push sausage to the side or remove briefly. Add butter or oil to the pan, then pour in eggs. Scramble gently, cooking just until eggs are softly set but still creamy.
- Step 3: Warm cooked white rice in microwave or a separate pan until hot and fluffy.
- Step 4: Assemble the bowl: start with a scoop of warm rice, top with scrambled eggs, add chicken sausage slices, and finish with chopped avocado.
- Step 5: If desired, drizzle chili crisp, sprinkle red pepper flakes, or add hot sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately while warm.
