  • 2 tbsp butter extra creaminess for the sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder enhances the overall flavor

Equipment

  • Large bowl
  • Baking Dish
  • Saucepan
  • Large Pot

Method

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This step is crucial for getting that perfectly baked chicken!
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, dried parsley, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Step 3: Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them thoroughly in the buttery mixture. Get your hands in there; it's the best way to ensure each piece is well-covered!
  4. Step 4: Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Step 5: While the chicken is baking, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  6. Step 6: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer.
  7. Step 7: Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Cook until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Step 8: Toss the cooked spaghetti in the creamy Parmesan sauce until well coated.
  9. Step 9: Once the chicken is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice the chicken and serve it over the creamy Parmesan spaghetti.
  10. Step 10: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy every delicious bite!

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, simply warm it in the microwave or on the stovetop until heated through. You might want to add a splash of cream to the sauce to loosen it up!
