- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This step is crucial for getting that perfectly baked chicken!
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, dried parsley, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Step 3: Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them thoroughly in the buttery mixture. Get your hands in there; it's the best way to ensure each piece is well-covered!
- Step 4: Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Step 5: While the chicken is baking, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Step 6: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer.
- Step 7: Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Cook until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 8: Toss the cooked spaghetti in the creamy Parmesan sauce until well coated.
- Step 9: Once the chicken is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice the chicken and serve it over the creamy Parmesan spaghetti.
- Step 10: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy every delicious bite!
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, simply warm it in the microwave or on the stovetop until heated through. You might want to add a splash of cream to the sauce to loosen it up!
