Method
- Step 1: Start by cooking the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
- Step 2: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Step 3: Stir in the minced garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Step 4: Reduce the heat to low and add the heavy cream and cream cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cream cheese is fully melted and combined.
- Step 5: Gradually add the cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses, stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Step 6: Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta in the creamy cheese sauce.
- Step 7: Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley. Enjoy!
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can reheat it in the microwave or on the stovetop, just add a splash of milk or cream to loosen the sauce if it thickens up.
