For Frying
  • Oil for frying: You’ll need enough to submerge the cookies.

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Step 2: Using a piping bag or a small spoon, carefully fill each Oreo cookie with the cream cheese mixture. Set them aside.
  3. Step 3: In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, milk, egg, and 1 tsp vanilla extract until well combined and smooth.
  4. Step 4: Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Step 5: Dip each stuffed Oreo into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
  6. Step 6: Carefully place the battered Oreos in the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.

Notes
