Method
 

  1. Step 1: Color the coffee filters with your favorite colors and let them dry completely.
  2. Step 2: Fold the dried filters and cut a semicircle from the top edge to create a rounded neckline.
  3. Step 3: Bend a pipe cleaner into a U-shape for the body and slide the coffee filter over it.
  4. Step 4: Wrap another piece of pipe cleaner around the body to create arms.
  5. Step 5: Glue googly eyes onto the filter to create the fairy's face.
  6. Step 6: Attach string or fishing line for hanging, if desired, and allow all glue to dry.

Notes

Store fairies in a dry place away from direct sunlight. They can be reused or customized for different occasions.
