- Step 1: In a bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to combine.
- Step 2: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Spread butter on the outside of each hot dog bun.
- Step 3: Place the buns in the skillet and toast until golden brown on both sides.
- Step 4: Remove the buns from the skillet and line each with leafy lettuce.
- Step 5: Generously fill each bun with the lobster mixture.
- Step 6: Serve immediately.

Store the lobster mixture in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
