  • 1 cup fresh cherries pitted
  • 8 oz goat cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your grill or a grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Step 2: In a small bowl, mix the honey and balsamic vinegar until well combined.
  3. Step 3: On each skewer, thread one cherry followed by a portion of goat cheese. Repeat until the skewer is filled.
  4. Step 4: Brush the assembled skewers generously with the honey glaze mixture.
  5. Step 5: Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the cherries are slightly charred and the goat cheese is warmed through.
