Cheesy Shrimp Alfredo Stuffed Shells

  • 12 large pasta shells The perfect vessel for all that cheesy goodness.
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese Creamy and rich, it adds a lovely texture.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Because who doesn’t love more cheese?
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese For that extra savory depth.
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce The star of the show! Store-bought or homemade works.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder A little flavor boost.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning A fragrant blend to elevate the dish.
For Garnish
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This step is crucial for that perfect bake.
  2. Step 2: Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Step 4: Spread 1 cup of Alfredo sauce evenly on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Step 5: Stuff each pasta shell with the shrimp and cheese mixture, then place them in the baking dish.
  6. Step 6: Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells, making sure they are well covered.
  7. Step 7: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Step 8: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Step 9: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Just reheat in the oven or microwave until warmed through.
