- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This step is crucial for that perfect bake.
- Step 2: Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Step 4: Spread 1 cup of Alfredo sauce evenly on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Step 5: Stuff each pasta shell with the shrimp and cheese mixture, then place them in the baking dish.
- Step 6: Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells, making sure they are well covered.
- Step 7: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Step 8: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Step 9: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy!
