Method
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Step 3: Add shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Step 4: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parsley. Add cooled shrimp and mix until well combined.
- Step 5: Roll out puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface. Cut into squares or rectangles.
- Step 6: Place a spoonful of the shrimp and cheese mixture in the center of each pastry square. Fold and seal edges with a fork.
- Step 7: Brush tops of rolls with beaten egg.
- Step 8: Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Step 9: Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can also freeze the unbaked rolls.
