For the Cheesy Garlic Shrimp Bake
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Step 3: Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the shrimp turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. Step 4: In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until well combined.
  5. Step 5: Add the cooked shrimp to the cheese mixture and stir until the shrimp are evenly coated.

Notes
