- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Step 3: Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Step 4: In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and half of the chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.
- Step 5: Remove the skillet from heat and add the shrimp mixture to the cheese mixture. Stir until the shrimp are evenly coated.
- Step 6: Transfer the shrimp and cheese mixture to a greased baking dish. Spread it evenly.
- Step 7: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Step 8: Remove from the oven and garnish with the remaining parsley before serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the oven or microwave until warmed through.
