  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
Salt and Pepper
  • Fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Step 3: Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Step 4: Pour in the heavy cream and stir until well combined.
