- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Step 3: Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Step 4: Pour in the heavy cream and stir until well combined.
- Step 5: Transfer shrimp mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the top.
- Step 6: Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Step 7: Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
