- Step 1: Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Step 2: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Step 3: Add the ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
- Step 4: Stir in the marinara sauce and bring to a simmer. Cook for an additional 5 minutes to let those flavors meld.
- Step 5: Remove the skillet from heat and mix in the ricotta cheese until well combined.
- Step 6: Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Step 7: Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the top. Cover the skillet and let it sit for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and gooey.
