  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning a dash of herbs to elevate the flavor
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened for a creamy richness
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese for gooey, melty goodness
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese adds a delightful sharpness
  • 4 tbsp butter because everything is better with butter!
  • 1 cup marinara sauce a tangy base that ties it all together
For Garnish
  • to taste fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Equipment

  • Large Skillet
  • Baking Dish
  • Large Pot

Method

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Step 3: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, then drain any excess fat.
  4. Step 4: Stir in the cream cheese until it's melted and well combined into the beef mixture. Remove from heat and mix in half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  5. Step 5: Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the creamy beef and cheese mixture. Don’t be shy; pack them in!
  6. Step 6: In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the marinara sauce, stirring until heated through.
  7. Step 7: Spread half of the marinara sauce mixture on the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange the stuffed shells on top, then pour the remaining sauce over the shells.
  8. Step 8: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top for that golden finish.
  9. Step 9: Bake in your preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Step 10: Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving for that extra touch!
