- Step 1: First, cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Step 2: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the diced onion until the meat is fully cooked. Be sure to drain any excess fat.
- Step 3: Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Step 4: Stir in the diced tomatoes (with juices), Velveeta cheese, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is melted and the mixture is well blended.
- Step 5: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 6: Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Step 7: Serve hot, topped with shredded cheddar cheese and garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, just add a little splash of milk or cream to keep it creamy and delicious!
