- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Toss until the apples are well coated.
- Step 3: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Step 4: Place a spoonful of the apple mixture at the wide end of each triangle, followed by a drizzle of caramel sauce.
- Step 5: Carefully roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end and rolling toward the point. Pinch the edges to seal.
- Step 6: In a separate bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt until crumbly.
- Step 7: Place the rolled pie bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the crumb mixture on top of each bomb.
- Step 8: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Step 9: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
- Step 10: Serve warm with additional caramel sauce and whipped cream if desired.
