  • 1 cup cooked shrimp peeled and deveined.
  • 1 cup cooked steak diced.
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning Infuses everything with a delightful kick.
  • ½ cup green onions sliced.
  • ½ cup sour cream For a creamy finish that balances the flavors.
  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes Provides a pop of color and freshness.
  • ¼ cup cooked bacon crumbled.
  • fresh parsley chopped (for garnish).

Equipment

  • Oven
  • Mixing bowl

Method

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven and cook the French fries according to package instructions until crispy. This usually takes around 20 minutes.
  2. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shrimp and diced steak with the Cajun seasoning. Mix well to coat everything evenly.
  3. Step 3: Once the fries are cooked, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  4. Step 4: Add the seasoned shrimp and steak mixture on top of the cheese, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Step 5: Return the loaded fries to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Step 6: Remove from the oven and top with sliced green onions, diced tomatoes, and crumbled bacon.
  7. Step 7: Drizzle sour cream over the top and garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

If you happen to have leftovers (which is rare), you can store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for the best results, as microwaving may make them soggy.
