- Step 1: In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the diced potatoes and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Step 2: While the potatoes are cooking, hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water, bringing it to a boil, then covering and removing from heat. Let sit for 10-12 minutes, then cool in ice water, peel, and set aside.
- Step 3: In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Step 4: Add the shrimp to the skillet, sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, and cook until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 5: Cook the ramen noodles in the boiling chicken broth according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Step 6: To assemble, divide the ramen noodles among bowls. Ladle the broth and potatoes over the noodles, then top with the sausage and shrimp mixture.
- Step 7: Slice the deviled eggs in half and place on top of each bowl. Garnish with chopped green onions and fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave, adding a splash of broth to keep everything moist.
