Ingredients
  

For the Cajun Shrimp Boil Bowl
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups baby potatoes halved
  • 2 cups corn on the cob cut into thirds
  • 1/4 cup Cajun seasoning
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 each lemon juiced
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • for garnish fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Once it’s boiling, add the baby potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes, or until they are tender.
  2. Step 2: Add the corn to the pot and continue boiling for an additional 5 minutes.
  3. Step 3: Stir in the shrimp, Cajun seasoning, melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Cook for another 3-5 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  4. Step 4: Remove the pot from heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Step 5: Serve the mixture in bowls, garnished with fresh parsley. Enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Gently reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop until warmed through.
