  • 2 fillets salmon Fresh salmon is best, but frozen works too.
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley
  • Lemon wedges

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Step 3: Add the salmon fillets and shrimp to the bowl, ensuring they are evenly coated with the butter and spice mixture.
  4. Step 4: Arrange the salmon and shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Step 5: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  6. Step 6: Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley.
  7. Step 7: Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
