Ingredients
  

For the Cajun Garlic Butter Shrimp Boil Bowl
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 2 ears corn cut into thirds
  • 0.5 lb smoked sausage sliced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the baby potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes, or until tender.
  2. Step 2: Add the corn and smoked sausage to the pot, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  3. Step 3: Stir in the shrimp and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Drain the mixture and set aside.
  5. Step 5: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  6. Step 6: Stir in the Cajun seasoning and lemon juice, then add the cooked shrimp, potatoes, corn, and sausage to the skillet. Toss everything to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  7. Step 7: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Step 8: Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

This dish is best enjoyed fresh, but if you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
