- Step 1: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the baby potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes, or until tender.
- Step 2: Add the corn and smoked sausage to the pot, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Step 3: Stir in the shrimp and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Step 4: Drain the mixture and set aside.
- Step 5: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Step 6: Stir in the Cajun seasoning and lemon juice, then add the cooked shrimp, potatoes, corn, and sausage to the skillet. Toss everything to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
- Step 7: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 8: Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
