- Step 1: Start by cooking the linguine pasta according to the package instructions. Once al dente, drain and set aside.
- Step 2: Season the chicken breasts generously with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Step 3: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and slice into strips.
- Step 4: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Step 5: Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Stir in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Step 6: Add the cooked linguine and sliced chicken to the skillet. Toss everything together to coat evenly in the rich sauce.
- Step 7: Serve hot, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
