- Step 1: Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Step 2: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Step 3: Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and green bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
- Step 4: Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Step 5: Reduce the heat and stir in the cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses until melted and creamy.
- Step 6: Combine the cooked spaghetti with the beef and cheese sauce, mixing well to coat.
- Step 7: Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. This dish also freezes well; just make sure to cool it completely before transferring it to a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months.
